AN INCREDIBLE FAMILY-FRIENDLY BEACH

The beach will be one of the defining features of Silver Sands Beach Escape. With 163 feet of frontage, the property offers an exceptional setting for swimming, playing in the sand and spending long summer days beside the water.

The frontage is especially well-suited for families with children. Little ones can enjoy playing and swimming near shore under adult supervision, while older children and adults can venture farther out, paddle, kayak or explore the lake.

Silver Lake is arguably one of the cleanest, largest and best recreational lakes in Central Wisconsin. Its beautiful water and outstanding swimming frontage make it an ideal destination for a multi-generational family vacation.

YOUR OWN LAKE ADVENTURE

Guests will have stand-up paddleboards and kayaks available for exploring Silver Lake. A 25-foot pontoon with a 115-horsepower motor and capacity for up to 18 people will also be available to rent separately from the home. The full-week rental is $2,000. Daily rentals may also be available with a two-day minimum; contact us before booking to confirm pricing and availability. The boat remains at the property, so no delivery or setup is required. Before use, the renter must complete a DocuSign insurance waiver and review the operating and safety video. After authorization, the keys remain in the ignition for convenient guest access.

Take the entire family for a cruise, spend the afternoon swimming from the boat or simply enjoy a relaxing sunset ride around the lake. Families can enjoy a complete lake vacation without having to haul any equipment from home.

PET-FRIENDLY STAYS

Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet, per stay. Please include pets with your reservation so the fee and house rules are applied correctly.

12 BEDROOMS AND 10 BATHROOMS

Silver Sands Beach Escape is being thoughtfully designed for large families and groups. The completed home will offer 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across multiple levels, providing plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably.

Multiple living and gathering areas will allow the entire family to spend time together while still giving guests of different ages their own places to relax.

THE CONVENIENCE OF WAUTOMA

One of the property’s greatest advantages is its location directly in Wautoma. Unlike many lakefront rentals that are far from restaurants and stores, Silver Sands Beach Escape is only one or two minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and practically everything your family may need.

Take a break from the kitchen and bring the whole family out for pizza, barbecue or a traditional Wisconsin supper-club dinner. You won’t need to spend a large part of your vacation driving into town—everything is just minutes away.

The Wautoma area offers parks, a seasonal splash pad, local shops, restaurants, golf, walking routes, hiking, biking and community events. Winter guests can also enjoy nearby skiing and snow tubing.

STAY REQUIREMENTS

During the summer months, reservations will run Friday to Friday with a seven-night minimum stay. During the off-season, reservations will have a three-night minimum stay.
